📄️ List catalog definitions

Machine-readable inventory of registered catalog keys and the contextual parameters accepted by each one. Use this contract instead of hardcoding dynamic-catalog requirements in the SPA.

📄️ List a dynamic catalog

Returns the `[{code, name}, ...]` array used by AG Grid Set Filters and form selects/autocompletes. Returned values are already translated according to `Accept-Language` (when applicable). Supply the optional `q` to filter for autocomplete and `limit` (default 50, cap 500) to control payload size. For company-scoped catalogs such as `accountingAccount`, supply `companyId` to restrict entries to that company (must be within the JWT company scope). Contextual catalogs additionally accept filter parameters mirroring the legacy autocompletes (e.g. `forSales`, `priceListType`, `documentKind`); a missing mandatory filter is rejected with `400`. Cached privately for 1 minute only when no `q`, `companyId` nor contextual filter is supplied; not cached otherwise.
