GHL-like calendar configuration (types, teamMembers, openHours, policies).

📄️ Get calendar by ID

Returns a single calendar with the full GHL-like contract.

📄️ Update calendar

Full replacement of an existing calendar (GHL-like contract).

📄️ Delete calendar

Deletes a calendar via the WAR command gateway.

📄️ Merge-patch calendar

RFC 7396 merge-patch over `application/merge-patch+json`. Send only the fields you want to change; include a field with value `null` to remove it. Use the `If-Match` header for optimistic concurrency control.

📄️ List calendars

Returns a paginated list of calendars with the full GHL-like contract. Envelope `{data, totalCount, skip, limit, hasMore}`. Default sort `name:asc`. Limit capped at 200.

📄️ Create calendar

Creates a calendar with GHL-like validation (personal/collective/branch teamMember rules). Persisted via the WAR command gateway so CalendarioListener fires.
