Field catalog discovery for the SPA UI. Returns non-INTERNAL fields from the FieldDef registry.

📄️ List registered entities

Returns the entity names that have a registered FieldDef catalog. Use one of these as the path variable on GET /{entity}.

📄️ Get field descriptors for an entity

Returns the list of non-INTERNAL field descriptors for the given entity (use the internal Spanish entity name, e.g. 'Factura', 'Pedido', 'Tercero').
