📄️ Get appointment by ID

Returns a single appointment / calendar event by its primary key.

📄️ Update appointment

Full replacement of an existing appointment. Evento has no `OPTLOCK` column, so `If-Match` is accepted for API symmetry but ignored by the command gateway.

📄️ Delete appointment

Deletes an appointment. Evento has no `OPTLOCK` column, so `If-Match` is accepted for API symmetry but ignored.

📄️ Merge-patch appointment

RFC 7396 merge-patch over `application/merge-patch+json`. Send only the fields you want to change; include a field with value `null` to remove it. Use the `If-Match` header for optimistic concurrency control. Evento has no `OPTLOCK` column, so `If-Match` is accepted for API symmetry but ignored by the command gateway.

📄️ List appointments

Returns a paginated list of appointments / calendar events with envelope `{data, totalCount, skip, limit, hasMore}`. Default sort is `lastModifiedAt:desc`. Use `filter=type==MEETING` or `filter=type==OPTICS_APPOINTMENT` to select a single event type. Limit is capped at 200; skip is clamped to >= 0.

📄️ Create appointment

Creates a new calendar appointment. Business logic runs in the legacy WAR via the internal commands gateway.
