List appointments
GET/api/v2/appointments
Returns a paginated list of appointments / calendar events with envelope {data, totalCount, skip, limit, hasMore}. Default sort is lastModifiedAt:desc. Use filter=type==MEETING or filter=type==OPTICS_APPOINTMENT to select a single event type. Limit is capped at 200; skip is clamped to >= 0.
