Per-user preferences: default plantilla per grid feature, expanded listings, default dashboard.

📄️ Get a user's preferences

Returns the preferences of the given user. Permitted when the caller is the same user, or holds `VER_USUARIOSPREF`.

📄️ Update a user's preferences

Updates the preferences of the given user. Permitted when the caller is the same user, or holds `EDITAR_USUARIOSPREF`.

📄️ Get my preferences

Returns the authenticated user's preferences. Always allowed when the JWT is valid.

📄️ Update my preferences

Updates the authenticated user's preferences. Null fields in the body are left untouched.
