Company-scoped singleton configuration for VeriFactu.

Returns the singleton configuration and its ETag. A company without a completed configuration returns 404.

Atomically creates or replaces the singleton metadata. certificateId must reference a certificate uploaded for this company.

Stages a .p12/.pfx certificate and returns an opaque certificateId. The active configuration changes only after a successful PUT.
