Returns a single visual therapy exercise template by its primary key.

Full replacement of an existing visual therapy exercise template. Send the `If-Match` header for optimistic concurrency (accepted but ignored ÔÇö not versioned).

Returns a paginated list of visual therapy exercise templates with envelope `{data, totalCount, skip, limit, hasMore}`. Supports optional RSQL `filter`, `sort` (default `name:asc`), `skip`/`limit` pagination and `modifiedAfter`/`modifiedBefore` bookends.
