Stock snapshots per variant and warehouse.

📄️ List stock snapshots

Returns a paginated list of stock rows with envelope `{data, totalCount, skip, limit, hasMore}`. Scoped to the user's warehouses ({@code sucursalIds} claim). Supports optional RSQL `filter`, `sort` (default `barcode:asc`), `skip`/`limit` pagination and `modifiedAfter`/`modifiedBefore` bookends.

📄️ Get stock row by composite ID

Returns a single stock snapshot. The path parameter uses the legacy composite key `variantId_warehouseId` (e.g. `12045_3`).
