List stock snapshots
GET/api/v2/stock
Returns a paginated list of stock rows with envelope {data, totalCount, skip, limit, hasMore}. Scoped to the user's warehouses ({@code sucursalIds} claim). Supports optional RSQL filter, sort (default barcode:asc), skip/limit pagination and modifiedAfter/modifiedBefore bookends.
