POST/api/v2/purchase-orders
Creates a new supplier purchase order with the provided data and optional line items and payments. The issued flag is forced to false server-side regardless of the request payload.

Validation error ÔÇö the request body or a query parameter failed constraint validation. The response payload includes a errors array with field-level details.
Missing or invalid JWT (Bearer token).
Authenticated user is missing the CREAR_PEDIDOS permission
