Create payment method
POST/api/v2/payment-methods
Creates a new payment method. Behaviour flags that do not apply to the selected paymentKind are rejected with 400 (e.g. requiresChange outside cash kinds, cardTerminal outside card kinds, taxPct outside the foreign-currency kind). Business logic runs in the legacy WAR.

Payment method created
Validation error ÔÇö the request body or a query parameter failed constraint validation. The response payload includes a errors array with field-level details.
Missing or invalid JWT (Bearer token).
Authenticated user is missing the CREAR_FORMASDEPAGO permission
Unexpected server error. Includes legacy WAR failures that are not classified as 502 / 503 / 504.
