Create outgoing payment
POST/api/v2/outgoing-payments
Records an outgoing payment against a purchase invoice, order or delivery note. The issued flag is forced to false server-side so the new Cobro is correctly classified as outgoing cash.

Outgoing payment created
Validation error ÔÇö the request body or a query parameter failed constraint validation. The response payload includes a errors array with field-level details.
Missing or invalid JWT (Bearer token).
Authenticated user is missing the CREAR_PAGOS permission
Referenced parent entity not found
Unexpected server error. Includes legacy WAR failures that are not classified as 502 / 503 / 504.
