Create option
POST/api/v2/custom-field-definitions/:definitionId/options
Adds one option to a dataType=ENUM (or COLOR for EAV-backed featureTypes) definition. The value must be unique within the definition (it is what entity writes store). hex is only accepted for COLOR definitions. Business logic runs in the legacy WAR via the internal commands gateway.

Option created
Validation error ÔÇö the request body or a query parameter failed constraint validation. The response payload includes a errors array with field-level details.
Missing or invalid JWT (Bearer token).
Authenticated user is missing the EDITAR_CAMPOSPERSONALIZADOS permission
