List coupon types
GET/api/v2/coupon-types
Returns a paginated list of coupon types with envelope {data, totalCount, skip, limit, hasMore}. Supports optional RSQL filter, sort (default lastModifiedAt:desc), skip/limit pagination and modifiedAfter/modifiedBefore bookends.
