Prototype card type for a creation form
POST/api/v2/card-types/new
Returns a non-persisted card type pre-populated with backend defaults (current company, next sequential code, enabled=true). Optional JSON hints: companyId, copyFromId. Call POST /api/v2/card-types to persist.
