Prototype a document control configuration
POST/api/v2/companies/:companyId/document-control-configuration/new
Returns non-persistent form defaults for a company that may not have a configuration row yet. Does not write to the database. Typical create flow: POST /new, then PUT / to persist.

Non-persistent prototype
Validation error ÔÇö the request body or a query parameter failed constraint validation. The response payload includes a errors array with field-level details.
Missing or invalid JWT (Bearer token).
Missing EDITAR_EMPRESAS permission
Company is outside the authenticated scope
Unexpected server error. Includes legacy WAR failures that are not classified as 502 / 503 / 504.
