Prototype employee position for a creation form
POST/api/v2/employee-positions/new
Returns a non-persisted employee position pre-populated with backend defaults (current company, next numeric code, enabled=true). Optional hints: companyId, copyFromId. Call POST /api/v2/employee-positions afterwards to persist.
