Prototype payment term for a creation form
POST/api/v2/payment-terms/new
Returns a non-persisted payment term pre-populated with backend defaults (current company, enabled=true, one instalment). Optional JSON hints: companyId, copyFromId. Call POST /api/v2/payment-terms to persist.
