Cancel an appointment

/api/v2/scheduling/events/:id

Cancels the appointment: its status becomes CANCELLED (EstadoEvento.CANC) and the row is preserved.

This is deliberately not a physical delete. A cancelled appointment keeps the history of who booked what and when ÔÇö which is what makes a reschedule auditable ÔÇö and lets the CRM connector push the cancellation out instead of finding a dangling reference. The slot is released either way: the availability engine treats CANCELLED as free.

Cancelling an already cancelled appointment succeeds and changes nothing.
