Creates an appointment after checking the requested interval against the availability engine. The check and the insert share one transaction and one pessimistic lock over the calendar's and the assignee's agenda, so a second booking of the same slot waits and is then rejected.

The payload is valid but the engine does not offer that interval. The detail names the slots that were available that day. Retry with ignoreFreeSlotValidation=true to book it anyway.

Unexpected server error. Includes legacy WAR failures that are not classified as 502 / 503 / 504.
