Create price list
POST/api/v2/price-lists
Creates a price list directly in finalised state (no draft phase). Prefer POST /new when the creation happens through a form that also attaches entries or combo conditions.

Price list created
Validation error ÔÇö the request body or a query parameter failed constraint validation. The response payload includes a errors array with field-level details.
Missing or invalid JWT (Bearer token).
Authenticated user is missing the CREAR_TARIFAS permission
