Create price list discount rules
POST/api/v2/price-lists/:id/discount-rules
Creates one discount rule per combination of the provided category/brand/group lists, optionally scoped to a campaign or a combo condition. Pre-existing rules with the same scope are replaced; the response reports created and removed counts. Rules are listed through GET /entries?filter=ruleOrder=notnull='' and removed through DELETE /discount-rules/{ruleOrder}.

Rules created
Validation error ÔÇö the request body or a query parameter failed constraint validation. The response payload includes a errors array with field-level details.
Missing or invalid JWT (Bearer token).
Authenticated user is missing the EDITAR_TARIFAS permission
Price list not found
Unexpected server error. Includes legacy WAR failures that are not classified as 502 / 503 / 504.
