Create inventory count
POST/api/v2/inventory-counts
Creates a draft inventory count. The server runs the agruparYCalcularDiferencias step and returns the computed differences without moving stock. Set finalize=true to commit the count immediately in the same transaction (requires CUADRAR_STOCK).

Inventory count created (DRAFT or FINALIZED)
Validation error ÔÇö the request body or a query parameter failed constraint validation. The response payload includes a errors array with field-level details.
Missing or invalid JWT (Bearer token).
Authenticated user is missing the CREAR_INVENTARIOS permission (or CUADRAR_STOCK when finalize=true)
Operation would leave a product with negative stock during finalisation
Unexpected server error. Includes legacy WAR failures that are not classified as 502 / 503 / 504.
