Finalize inventory count
POST/api/v2/inventory-counts/:id/finalize
Confirms a DRAFT inventory count and generates the resulting stock adjustments (entry for positive deltas, exit for negative ones). Returns the count with status = FINALIZED and the populated stockAdjustments references. Idempotency is explicit: calling finalize on an already FINALIZED count returns 409.

Missing or invalid JWT (Bearer token).
Authenticated user is missing the CUADRAR_STOCK permission
Inventory count not found
Inventory count is already FINALIZED, or the supplied If-Match does not match the current version
Operation would leave a product with negative stock
Unexpected server error. Includes legacy WAR failures that are not classified as 502 / 503 / 504.
