POST/api/v2/scheduling/appointments/:appointmentId/notes
Adds a note to an appointment. The owning appointment comes from the path; appointmentId in the body is ignored.

Validation error ÔÇö the request body or a query parameter failed constraint validation. The response payload includes a errors array with field-level details.
