List appointment notes
GET/api/v2/scheduling/appointments/:appointmentId/notes
Returns a paginated list of the notes of one appointment, with envelope {data, totalCount, skip, limit, hasMore}. Default sort is createdAt:desc. Limit is capped at 200; skip is clamped to >= 0.
