List activities
GET/api/v2/activities
Returns a paginated list of accounting activities with envelope {data, totalCount, skip, limit, hasMore}. Supports optional RSQL filter, sort (default code:asc), skip/limit pagination and modifiedAfter/modifiedBefore bookends.
