Prototype activity for a creation form
POST/api/v2/activities/new
Returns a non-persisted activity pre-populated with backend defaults (enabled=true, current company, next available code). Optional JSON hints: companyId, copyFromId. Call POST /api/v2/activities afterwards to persist.
